Personal Training

1-on-1 coaching aimed to build a personal relationship with the client and help to maximize your potential. Starting at just $50 an hour, your personal trainer will guide you through the workout from start to finish, as well as be there to teach you everything you need to know about different workout techniques, how to work certain muscles, and how to warmup and prep your body for working out multiple times a week. Two of our top trainers, Mike and Ellie, are pictured below, respectively.

Group Training

If you do not think that personal training is calling your name, no worries. Group training provides you with a way to still get in the gym and work on yourself, just in a group setting. Starting at just $40, we offer all kinds of group training, from group workouts to hot yoga, barre classes, and even group mountain biking. In this setting, it is easy to push each other to achieve your respective goals and be able to have a friend or a peer that is working towards the same thing that you are, pushing your limits towards success and improvement.

Virtual Coaching

If you have a busy work schedule or prefer to not come into the gym, we got you covered. Virtual training and coaching is exactly the thing for you. Starting at $25 a session, all you need is a yoga mat and some basic weights and our trainers will guide you through an at-home aerobic workout over zoom. This option is best for clients consistently traveling or on the go, as well as those who prefer to not be seen by others in the gym.
